Refund Policy

This policy applies to eligible purchases made directly through 1000 little things. Purchases made through another platform or provider may also be subject to that provider's refund process and terms.

Contact us promptly after the purchase and include the account email, order or transaction identifier, purchase date, and reason for the request. We review requests individually based on the purchase, service usage, payment status, and applicable law.

Digital services, credits, or other benefits that have been fully or substantially used are generally not refundable, except where required by law. When a partial refund is approved, the value of benefits already used may be deducted and refunded credits may be removed from the account.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not normally create a refund for the current billing period. Access may continue until that period ends. Any different checkout terms, trial conditions, or non-waivable consumer rights will continue to apply.

If you believe you were charged more than once, charged after a valid cancellation, or prevented from receiving a paid service because of a verified technical problem, contact us with the relevant transaction details so we can investigate.

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. The time needed for a refund to appear depends on the payment provider, card network, bank, and other financial institutions involved.

This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where local law provides stronger protections, those protections apply.
